5th Avenue Parking Garage

Located in downtown Ann Arbor, Michigan, the 5th Avenue Parking Garage accommodates approximately 700 vehicles across three underground levels. Universal Sign Systems fabricated and installed the full signage package for the development, including directional signs, panel signs with digital graphics, white LED–illuminated channel letters, dynamic message signs, and standard regulatory signage—creating a clear, cohesive, and visually engaging wayfinding system for drivers and pedestrians.
